Your answers.
Just faster.
Corresa reads along in your service inbox, drafts a reply to every inquiry and hands it to your team for review. It runs on your own server, with your own contract with the AI provider. Nothing goes out unless a human has approved it.
Click through it.
A sample inbox with invented inquiries and finished drafts. Prices, sizes and stock levels were fetched from the shop by the AI itself; only what no shop record can answer stays open as a placeholder. Open an inquiry and type right into the draft. Nothing is sent. No sign-up, no form.
Select an inquiry from the list. You will then see the customer email, the finished draft and what the AI looked up in the shop for it.
Everything here is invented. Nothing is sent and nothing is stored.
Invented inquiries, invented drafts. As long as a placeholder is open, nothing can be sent.
How much time is sitting in your inbox?
Time that is freed up does not disappear. It moves to where no language model can go: the phone, the sales floor, your customers.
Corresa does not cut jobs. It takes the writing off your team's hands. The advice stays where it belongs.
One fixed price. No fee per reply.
You pay for the software, not for every single customer email. You know upfront what your inbox costs, no matter how full it gets.
- Runs on your own server
- Unlimited inquiries, no price per reply
- Your own contract with the AI provider
- Setup, integration and training materials
- Updates and support included
Your only usage-based cost is a few euros of AI usage per month, paid directly to your provider and without any markup from us. Others charge per resolved inquiry. As your volume grows, so does their bill. Ours does not.
Your customer emails are none of our business.
Not a promise but architecture: a customer email touches exactly two systems. Yours, and your AI provider's.
Your server
Corresa runs on your premises. Emails, drafts, analytics: everything stays here.
Your AI provider
Receives the inquiry to draft a reply. Your own contract, with a data processing agreement, no training on your data. Mistral in Paris, for example.
Your team
Reviews the draft, resolves the placeholders, approves. Only then does the reply go out.
And us? We do not appear on this path. No cloud of ours, no access, no connection between your customer emails and us.
Frequently asked questions
What is Corresa?
Corresa is software for specialty retailers who receive many advice-heavy customer inquiries by email. It is installed on the retailer's own server and reads along in an existing service inbox. For every inquiry, Corresa detects language and intent, searches the connected web shop for matching products when needed, and drafts a reply. The draft lands in a review view: the customer email on the left, the suggestion on the right. Statements the system cannot reliably back up, such as delivery times or measurements, are marked as placeholders. Only once an employee has resolved every placeholder and approved the text can the reply be sent. Corresa does not replace service staff; it takes the writing off their hands: the time per reply drops significantly while the professional responsibility stays with the team.
Why self-host instead of a cloud solution?
Customer inquiries contain personal data: names, orders, sometimes complaints. A self-hosted solution means this data never leaves your own server in the direction of a software vendor. Corresa is installed at the retailer; emails, drafts and analytics live only there. We operate no cloud, have no access, and are technically unable to read the content. For your privacy policy this means: a shorter processing chain, clearer responsibilities, simpler access and deletion processes. The only external processing is the AI service. And the retailer controls it through their own contract with a European provider, including a data processing agreement and no training on their data. This architecture sets Corresa apart from SaaS offerings where all customer communication runs through the vendor's systems.
What does “your own contract with the AI provider” mean?
Corresa ships no language model of its own and bills no AI usage. Instead, the retailer stores an API key from a contract they have concluded themselves with an AI provider. We recommend a European provider with a data processing agreement, no training on customer data and a short retention period, for example Mistral in Paris. This has three consequences. First, cost transparency: inference costs appear directly at the AI provider, with no markup and no per-case fees. Second, control: the retailer decides which model is used and can switch providers without switching Corresa. Third, data protection: the data flow is fully governed by contracts the retailer holds themselves. We are never a party to the data processing.
Does a human really review every reply?
Yes, and it is enforced by the software, not a recommendation. Every draft passes through a review view where an employee reads, edits and approves the text. If a draft contains open placeholders, the send button is locked; this cannot be disabled. That makes Corresa fundamentally different from chatbots that communicate with customers on their own. This also matters with regard to the European AI transparency rules, which target such systems. With Corresa, communication remains email correspondence for which humans are responsible. For data protection officers we include suitable documents at launch: a building block for the privacy policy, a checklist for the data processing agreement with the AI provider, and a training sheet for the team.
What does Corresa cost?
Corresa costs 800 € per month, cancellable monthly with no minimum term. Added to that is a one-time setup from 999 €, which covers installation, connecting the inbox and web shop, and training materials. There is no fee per inquiry or per reply; the number of processed inquiries is unlimited. The only usage-based item is the retailer's own contract with their AI provider, typically a few euros per month, billed directly by the provider and without any markup from us. Updates and support are included, and Corresa runs self-hosted on the retailer's own server.
